[0380-2222] THE DUBAI CIPHER – Companion Dossier (PDF)

Description

On January 19, 2010, senior Hamas logistics commander Mahmoud al-Mabhouh checked into Room 230 of the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel in Dubai. Within hours, an elite operational strike team entered his suite, administered a lethal neuromuscular blocker, staged the scene as a natural death, and exited undetected. To the operatives, it was a flawless decapitation strike executed with phantom passports and surgical precision. In reality, it was an unprecedented operational security catastrophe waiting to detonate. Dubai authorities meticulously reconstructed every movement of the hit team by synchronizing municipal CCTV feeds, electronic room-lock timestamps, and cloned magnetic keycard data. This companion dossier delivers an unsparing forensic breakdown of the operation from zero hour to diplomatic fallout. Complete with synchronized timelines, movement logs, disguise breakdowns, and tactical tradecraft analyses, this document exposes how modern digital surveillance shattered legacy espionage methods. Step inside the technical forensics that stripped away forged European identities and forced one of history’s most guarded intelligence agencies into the harsh light of global scrutiny.
