[0166-2222] THE PAPER HOLOCAUST – Companion Dossier (PDF)

Description

In the frozen corridors of Ottawa in 1907, a lethal secret was systematically buried. When Dr. Peter H. Bryce delivered his damning medical inspection detailing catastrophic child mortality rates exceeding forty percent in western residential schools, senior bureaucrats did not fix the squalor—they locked the evidence away in a green steel filing cabinet. This declassified Companion Dossier exposes the architectural blueprint of Canada’s most chilling institutional crime. Across reconstructed archival records, timeline chronologies, and internal departmental memorandums, the dossier traces how Deputy Superintendent General Frank Pedley and his successor Duncan Campbell Scott engineered systemic erasure. Review the paper mechanics of the per-capita grant system that monetized Indigenous youth, the calculated suppression of Bryce’s whistleblower findings, and the administrative destruction policies designed to incinerate government complicity decades later. Formatted with declassified case-file precision, this dossier supplies researchers and investigative readers with raw primary-source documentation, forensic financial audits, and unredacted correspondence that state authorities spent over a century trying to forget.
